How to remain consistent in yoga
Showing up to your yoga mat takes practice, just like anything else. Consistency is absolutely key here when it comes to your yoga practice. Finding a time that works for your schedule, creating that time for yourself, fully being present, showing up and doing the work, and then put that on repeat! It’s not easy, or we’d all be pros. That kind of consistency takes dedication and discipline of the mind and body. It’s inside of all of us, we just have to find the keys to make it work. So, what does your day look like?
