Been a Long Day? Week? Month? We’ve All Been There.

After the most stressful and tiring of days, getting up and going down to the studio might be the last thing you want to do, but keeping up with your practice is a great way to channel that stress and tiredness.

You might not feel the most energetic or ready to do a full hour of yoga, but not every practice needs to be perfect. Take resting poses if needed and don’t push yourself past your limits. Nobody knows your body better than you, your practice is just for you, remember that! 

The most important part of yoga is coming to your mat. Then everything else will just fall into place.
