What Brought Me to The Mat: Rameek – A Guest Blog
I love to run, push myself and see how far I can go, both mentally and physically.
I have participated in Ironman races, ultra marathons and everything in between. As a result, I battle knee, ankle and lower back issues from time to time.
I knew I should be doing yoga to help with those issues, but the classes I tried in the past really didn’t do it for me. I felt like I wanted more out of my practice.
Then I found Titanium Yoga.
Practicing here is priceless. The energy is palpable and vibrant. There are so many different classes to choose from. I especially love the Diamond class – where smart bells help with stretching – and Hip Hop Wednesdays.
The Silver class is perfect if I am having a low energy day and want to focus on my breath and relax.
Then there are the workshops that are creative and truly unique. Personally, I really enjoyed the “Yoga for Runners” workshop for the helpful and thoughtful tips for individuals like me.
Titanium Yoga has helped me immensely.
It has enhanced my yoga practice with better understanding, and it has helped me gain more patience, calmness and spiritual awareness. In addition, my range of motion has increased, I remain more ergonomic throughout my day, and I have become more centered and grounded. I appreciate Titanium Yoga for so many reasons, and I am thankful.
