Yogis aren’t born from thin air, it takes practice, time, and determination to do yoga, but it is true that yoga can be for anybody!
During your practice, it isn’t about trying to see who can be the most flexible or jump into the craziest of poses, it’s about trying to achieve the correct pose that will allow your body to stretch and restore as needed. It’s about holding a challenging position for as long as you can. And it’s about listening to your body, knowing your limits and knowing when you can push yourself for even more!
Yoga is a practice that you do for your body and mind, even if you aren’t flexible or have never tried it before, anybody can do yoga. Even the most unflexible can become unbreakable.
