Meet the Team
Tiffany is a proud Houston native who was dragged to her first yoga class for a workout alternative, but quickly discovered the holistic benefits from the practice. She moved to Jacksonville to pursue her doctorate in occupational therapy and hopes to intertwine her yoga and OT practice in the future. In her classes, you will learn a sensible practice that encourages a safe place to flow while creating space to harvest self-awareness. Her hands-on assists ensure safe alignment that provides students an opportunity to deepen into poses. Her practice is a harmony of formality and fluidity where she teaches technique and fundamentals first so we are safe to explore our potential to live creative, fulfilling lives.

Meet Rachel, a born and raised Floridian who moved to Jacksonville from Tampa Bay earlier this year. Rachel fell in love with yoga not only as an amazing way to stay fit but a true stress and tension reliever. As a teacher, Rachel encourages students to embrace yoga as a virtually boundless form of fitness for all ages, shapes and sizes. Rachel’s goal for students is to leave each class feeling stronger physically and freer mentally. Rachel’s goal for herself? To be 90 years old and still perfecting her downward dog.

Sarah was born and raised in Atlantic Beach, FL, but found her practice while living in Charleston, SC. Sarah loves teaching and practicing Yoga because she believes it is healing, trans-formative, and so needed in today's world. Her classes allow the student to create a sense of grounding, ease, and freedom in their mind and body.

An Ohio native who loves to share natural ways of healing - A Certified Aromatherapist - Doula in Training - Thai Yoga Therapist - Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. She has 8 years of movement teaching experience and loves all styles of yoga from vinyasa to yin! She finds movement to be a healing practice of body + mind while exploring her love for sharing anatomical knowledge as components of her methodology - she hopes to share sequencing that keeps you inspired while questioning your next move - with mindfulness.

LA Wright is an Alabama native and a former Division 1 swimmer at the University of Florida. Her passion for yoga began 15 years ago. What started as a method of cross training for athletic events quickly became a mindful and healing practice that gave her the mental strength she needed to get through difficulties and challenges in her personal life. After many years of intense training and competing in Iron Man competitions LA began to realize that taking the time to take care of her body was the most important endeavor and her passion for teaching began. Her classes focus on cultivating graceful strength and mindful movement while creating a healing and caring practice for the body and soul.

Lauren's positivity helps her to have a fun creative flow of movements and asanas that impact you on and off the mat into your day to day life.

Born and raised in Ponte Vedra Beach, Emily now lives in Jacksonville Beach. She goes to the beach every morning for meditation and searches for shark teeth!
Emily graduated with a degree in Public Health from The University of North Florida. She’s very passionate about giving back to others and philanthropy; her grandfather instilled this in her family and she hopes to get move involved with the community as she grows older.
Emily grew up dancing; ballet, hip hop, modern and everything in between. In college, dance became less and less an option, so she found yoga as an alternative to fluid movement and hasn’t looked back since.
She is also a birthing doula!

Erin Yannone was born in Ohio and moved to Florida in search of the beach life. She has been practicing yoga for 6 years and immediately fell in love with the way that yoga allowed her to move freely and organically. As a teacher, Erin encourages students to truly connect with the energy that is around them and within to create an immersive yoga experience. She hopes that with each class students feel a sense of peace, positivity, and empowerment to live their life to the fullest!
