LA Wright is an Alabama native and a former Division 1 swimmer at the University of Florida. Her passion for yoga began 15 years ago. What started as a method of cross training for athletic events quickly became a mindful and healing practice that gave her the mental strength she needed to get through difficulties and challenges in her personal life. After many years of intense training and competing in Iron Man competitions LA began to realize that taking the time to take care of her body was the most important endeavor and her passion for teaching began.
